Who we are
MBS Alignment LLC is a California, United States business providing faith-centered personal-growth coaching with Jonathan. Questions: mbsalignment.consult@gmail.com. These terms cover this website and the coaching offer, together with the written details accepted for your enrollment and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Adults, eligibility, and fit
The paid program is for adults aged 18 or older who are legally able to enter a coaching agreement where they live. We do not enroll minors. Coaching is delivered in English; clients must understand the discussions, materials, and agreement in English. Acceptance depends on fit, availability, and whether we can lawfully serve your location. Applying or viewing the website does not create a paid coaching relationship or guarantee acceptance.
Application-only enrollment
We review your application and arrange a fit conversation. Before payment, we confirm your deliverables, total price, any payment schedule, start and end dates, refund deadline, recording arrangements, and any required location-specific disclosures. You must affirmatively accept your enrollment terms and receive a copy you can keep. Later website changes do not reduce an existing client’s agreed benefits or change their price without agreement. Mandatory legal rights take precedence.
Your eight-week experience
The package includes eight private 60-minute calls with Jonathan, one each week; a personalized alignment strategy and exercises; and WhatsApp support during the program. Coursework in weeks 1, 3, 5, and 7 alternates with implementation in weeks 2, 4, 6, and 8. This creates time to practice each part before moving forward. Messages may be sent anytime; replies are provided within one business day, Monday–Friday, Pacific Time. This does not mean continuous live availability, weekend responses, or emergency monitoring.
Enrollment and course availability
Your agreed price, any required taxes, and final total are confirmed privately in writing before checkout. There is no automatic renewal. Additional coaching requires a separate agreement. The course is coming soon; there is no promised immediate access or fixed public release date. We confirm course availability and a definite start date before inviting payment. Completing the free course before applying is not required. Future apps, paid courses, VIP software, subscriptions, and extra access are not included unless expressly agreed and ready to deliver.
Scheduling and attendance
Give at least 24 hours’ notice by email or your established coaching WhatsApp channel to reschedule. We work with you to find a reasonable replacement during the program or agree an extension or appropriate remedy if necessary. Calls end at the agreed time even if you arrive late. Jonathan waits up to 15 minutes; an unexcused no-show without contact, or less than 24 hours’ cancellation notice, may count as that appointment. Tell us promptly about emergencies or technical problems. Calls missed by Jonathan or prevented by our technical failure are replaced without using an appointment, with an extension when needed. Participation and scope
Coaching supports reflection, personal goals, habits, accountability, and your relationship with God. You decide what to share and remain responsible for your decisions and actions. No particular spiritual, personal, physical, financial, or other result is promised. Coaching is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, a prescribed exercise or nutrition service, legal advice, or financial advice. Seek qualified professional support where needed. Do not use coaching messages for emergencies; contact local emergency services for immediate help.
Respectful participation
Do not harass, threaten, or share unlawful content. If a serious conduct or suitability issue arises, we may pause delivery while discussing next steps. Any termination and its financial consequences must be explained in writing and follow the refund policy and applicable law. This is not an automatic forfeiture of all payments.
Recording and privacy
We explain recording purposes, access, and retention before enrollment, request specific consent before recording, and provide a visible recording indication. Joining a call alone is not consent. If consent is refused or withdrawn, recording stops; we discuss an appropriate way to continue or end the service under the agreed terms and applicable law. Refusal does not authorize continued recording, automatic payment forfeiture, or a waiver of privacy rights. Recordings may support your coaching, Jonathan’s private review to improve delivery, and necessary resolution of actual complaints or disputes. They are not public content, advertising, testimonials, or material for other clients without separate specific authorization.
Confidentiality and retention
Access to recordings is restricted to Jonathan, you for your own recording, necessary service providers, and others only where necessary and lawful. We delete recordings from controlled active storage within 30 days after completion or earlier termination, except specific material lawfully preserved for an actual dispute or legal requirement. See our Privacy Policy. Coaching is private but does not carry a promise of legal privilege equivalent to an attorney or licensed therapist.
Materials and your work
MBS Alignment retains rights in its branding, course, and original materials. You may use supplied materials for your own learning, subject to stated access terms, but may not resell or publicly redistribute protected materials or private recordings. Your original journal entries, personal work, and submissions remain yours. Participation does not grant us advertising rights to them. Independently available free course access continues through your chosen free channel after coaching, under that channel’s terms. Coaching support ends on the agreed program end date. Any future paid content has separate access terms agreed before purchase.
Cancellation, concerns, and applicable rights
A full refund is available before the agreed start and through Day 14 of the program, including calls or support already used, as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Contact us with concerns so we can investigate; this does not prevent a legal complaint or other remedy. California law applies to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory protections where you live. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or an exclusive court location.
